Our 10-Year Limited Warranty

1. Re-servicing of your insulated glass unit(s) if visible water, water droplets or condensation remains on the interior surfaces of the insulated glass unit(s) more than twelve (12) weeks after the Fog-Out Window Solutions restoration process has occurred.
   
   
2. Glass replacement* if breakage should occur during the restoration process.
   
   
3. Installation, if required, of a new vent, micro screen or seal if visible water, water droplets or condensation appears on the interior surfaces of the insulated glass unit(s) after the restoration process has been completed and more than twelve (12) weeks have passed.
   
   
4. If Fog-Out Window Solutions is unable, after a minimum of two reservicings, to remove the visible water, water droplets or condensation from the interior surfaces of the insulated glass unit(s). Fog-Out Window Solutions will apply 100% of the cost towards replacement or give a refund.**
   
   

* Choice of replacement glass shall be at the sole discretion of Fog-Out Window Solutions. Where practicable, a window comparable to the original window shall be provided.

** The refund will be at the sole discretion of Fog-Out Window Solutions Limited.
